Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Travel Insurance Reminder We highly encourage all guests to consider purchasing travel insurance. Life happens—unexpected illnesses, family emergencies, or even weather events can disrupt your trip. We’ve personally experienced last-minute cancellations due to health issues with both kids and elderly parents, and without travel insurance, we would have lost thousands of dollars. Please note that there are no beds or bedrooms on this level Third Floor: 2 bedrooms Please note: Because this is a three-story townhome with multiple staircases, guests with mobility challenges or injuries are encouraged to reach out before booking so we can help ensure the space is a good fit. We have a strict cancellation policy and hold firmly to it. To protect yourself from the financial impact of unexpected changes, travel insurance is your best safeguard. For years, we visited Miramar Beach, drawn to its soft sands, teal waters, and the laid-back spirit of the Destin area.
