When we launched Opus Partners, our vision was simple—to create exceptional places where families could step away from everyday life, reconnect with one another, and make memories that would last for years. It wasn't about owning vacation homes; it was about creating experiences worth returning to.
Over the past year and a half, we had the privilege of welcoming hundreds of families to Vesper Dunes in Miramar Beach. We watched birthdays celebrated, anniversaries remembered, first beach vacations experienced, and countless sunsets enjoyed from our stretch of the Emerald Coast. To every guest who trusted us with your vacation, thank you.You helped shape a chapter we'll never forget.
As of August 2026, Vesper Dunes has transitioned to new ownership and is now independently owned and professionally managed. While saying goodbye to a property we cared deeply about wasn't easy, we're incredibly excited about what comes next.
Nestled beneath the towering pines of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Madison Arbor has become the heart of our next chapter.
Here, mornings begin with coffee on the wraparound deck while deer wander through the trees. Days are filled with adventures on Broken Bow Lake, hikes through the Ouachita National Forest, and family pickleball tournaments on our private sports court. As evening settles in, stories are shared around the fire pit, marshmallows are roasted, and the stars seem just a little brighter.
Madison Arbor was designed for togetherness, and nowhere is that more evident than during the seasons ahead.
While summer may get the headlines, many locals will tell you fall is when Broken Bow truly shines.
The forest transforms into brilliant shades of crimson, amber, and gold. Crisp mornings give way to comfortable afternoons perfect for hiking, boating, and exploring Hochatown. Evenings invite cozy fires, hot tub soaks beneath clear skies, and the kind of temperatures that make you want to stay outside just a little longer.
It's one of those places where slowing down happens naturally.
As autumn fades, Madison Arbor takes on an entirely new personality.
Holiday lights begin to twinkle throughout Hochatown, fireplaces become gathering places, and families trade busy schedules for board games, home-cooked meals, and quiet mornings surrounded by towering pines. Although Vesper Dunes has entered a new chapter under new ownership, our story is far from finished.
