Opus Partners was founded with a simple vision: to create exceptional vacation homes where families and friends can slow down, reconnect, and make memories that last long after the trip is over. Whether it's coffee on the porch, a day spent outdoors, or stories shared around the fire, we believe the best vacations are built around time together.

In August 2026, Vesper Dunes transitioned to new ownership and is now independently owned and professionally managed. We are incredibly grateful to every guest who made Vesper Dunes part of their family's story and thank you for allowing us to be part of so many memorable vacations.

Today, we're proud to welcome guests to Madison Arbor, our luxury family cabin nestled among the towering pines of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Designed for gathering, adventure, and connection, Madison Arbor reflects the same attention to detail, responsive communication, and exceptional guest experience that so many of our Vesper Dunes guests came to know and appreciate.

And we're just getting started.

At Madison Arbor, fall means less sweating and more playing. Challenge the family to a pickleball tournament, let the kids conquer the ninja line, settle some scores in the game room, then trade the competition for a hot tub soak or a fire under the stars.

Wake up with coffee on the wraparound deck surrounded by towering pines. Spend the day boating or fishing on Broken Bow Lake, hiking through the Ouachita National Forest, or exploring the restaurants, shops, and entertainment of Hochatown.
Then come home to a cabin actually built for a crowd. Madison Arbor sleeps up to 20 guests, with four king suites, a bunk room, multiple gathering spaces, and enough room to bring the grandparents, cousins, kids, and friends without everyone living on top of each other.
